As an important support for Ningbo to enhance its strategic resource allocation capability, Kaitou Group leads state-owned capital investment in energy, ocean, commodity trade and other sectors, and strives to serve the construction of the national strategic resource allocation center and the ocean center city.
By the end of 2024, the total assets and net assets of the Group had reached 132.12 billion yuan and 56.08 billion yuan respectively, and the total operating income and profits had reached 74 billion yuan and 4.9 billion yuan, respectively. The return on net assets had exceeded 12%, reaching the standard of excellent state-owned enterprises recognized by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. For two consecutive years, the Group had won the "Grand Slam" results, such as the first grade in the municipal comprehensive assessment, the first grade in the comprehensive assessment of exemplary organization, the municipal management leadership and the annual assessment of leading cadres. In July 2021, Kaitou Group was listed as a benchmark enterprise for the creation of management benchmarks for state-owned key enterprises by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. In March 2023, Kaitou Group was rated as a typical example of the "Three Year Action Plan for State owned Enterprise Reform" by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. In September 2024, it was once again shortlisted for the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises and ranked 433rd. Kaitou Group has a total of 149 holding enterprises and 77 equity participating enterprises at all levels, mainly distributed in the fields of energy, ocean, trade, industrial finance, development services, asset operation, etc.
